TOWIE stars pelted with eggs
THE cast of TOWIE were pelted with eggs last night as they filmed scenes for the show at an Essex nightclub.
Drivers slowed down and hurled the messy missiles at Lauren Pope, Chloe Sims and Bobby Cole Norris as they arrived to party with castmates at Luxe in Loughton.
The trio dodged the eggs and made it inside safely - but a cameraman was hit and equipment was splattered during the attack.

Security staff called the police who arrived to investigate the drive-by shelling.
The fracas failed to make a dent in an otherwise epic night out for the whole cast - who were shooting scenes for the eighth series of the ITV2 show.

Stars, including Lauren, Chloe, Frankie Essex, Billie Faiers and Billi Mucklow were snapped downing drinks inside the venue - before stumbling out at the end of the night.
And it's far for a first for the TOWIE cast.
They were bombarded with eggs while filming series 3 in 2011 while filming at a working men's club.

A source explained: "These drinkers were obviously not too impressed by the pampered stars filming on their turf and they let them know about it by chucking eggs at them."
"TOWIE has polarised opinion in Essex, with a lot of people not liking how it represents the county."
