Rob Kardashian works up a sweat at Runyon Canyon with rapper The Game (but he's got a long way to go to get menacing muscles like his!)

He is said to be following the 60 Days of Fitness exercise and healthy eating programme advocated by The Game's younger brother BWS Byrd.

And Rob Kardashian was joined by the famous rapper himself as he threw himself into yet another workout session at Runyon Canyon on Tuesday.

The 25-year-old reality star, who has jokingly referred to himself as 'Fat boy Rob', was seen making his way up the mountain with the muscular musician and a group of friends.

After getting puffed out from his first attempt up the canyon on Sunday, this time Rob seemed to be fairing much better.

Perhaps he was keen on impressing The Game, who was proudly showing off his muscular torso and array of colourful tattoos by going shirtless for the hike.

Rob meanwhile opted to cover his middle area up by wearing a black hoodie paired with black Pyrex Vision basketball shorts, which coincidentally his ex-girlfriend Rita Ora wore in Perth, Australia last week.

Striding up the hill alongside his entourage, Rob was in good spirits as he continued on his quest to shed the pounds.

Rob piled on 50lbs following his split from pop star Ora and he is quickly discovering it is rather easier to put on weight than it is to lose it.

Rob was again joined by his workout team as they worked out under the hot sun at Runyon Canyon.

With his red face, sweaty unkempt hair and flustered appearance, it was clear Rob wasn't in good shape.

While his pals stood nearby waiting for him to recover, he slumped against their car, hands on his knees.

It seems that perhaps Rob hoping his weight loss attempts will lead to some future pay packets.

After all, their battles with the flab have certainly proved lucrative for sisters Kim, Khloe and Kourtney.

Rob is currently documenting his weight loss attempts on his Twitter feed, jokingly calling himself 'fat boy' as he tweets about frequent workouts, healthy meals and inspiring others to join him on his journey.

The pair parted ways on fairly acrimonious terms, with Rob claiming the platinum-haired bombshell had cheated on him with 'more than 20 dudes' in an angry Twitter rant.

He later deleted his comment and then attempted to backtrack by belatedly pretending he had not been referring to his most recent ex-girlfriend.
