Stereophonics gig Electric Brixton
THE Welsh rockers were on fine form in Brixton last night after yesterday releasing their eighth album – the first since the death of drummer STUART CABLE.
They opened with 1998 single The Bartender And The Thief.
Frontman KELLY JONES, RICHARD JONES, ADAM ZINDANI and JAMIE MORRISON also played classics Just Looking and Local Boy In The Photograph.
Kelly joked about the band's return as he introduced Maybe Tomorrow.
He said: "This is from an album called You Gotta Go There To Come Back. Well, we've been there, now we're back."
Two songs from new album Grafitti On The Train – Indian Summer and In A Moment – went down a treat.
Favourite Dakota closed the show.
