KATY Perry ditches her usual sexy style in favour of geek chic as she steps out for dinner with boyfriend John Mayer.
The 28-year-old Firework singer embraced a dressed-down style as the couple headed to posh Beverley Hills eaterie Matsushia.
Katy kept it casual for the date, covering up her trademark curves in black skinny jeans and a khaki parka.

John, 35, also opted for a relaxed ensemble as the on/off couple enjoyed some special time together after their Christmas visit to Santa Barbara where they spent the holiday with Katy's family.
