Comment on Denver Post music critic Ricardo Baca picks the top albums, songs, Colorado artists and "Glee" tracks of 2012

Ehh, I don't think anybody really listens to music anymore...

Just kidding (kind of). Although I'm not really familiar with any of the artists (exception for Jack White, although I stopped following him about three bands ago), I remember reading that Lana Del Ray was the subject of quite a lot of controversy because, although her music is good, she was just so fake, even by the standards of pop stars. I mean, yes, all pop acts are contrived and engineered to an extent, but it appears LDR crossed some line that caused people to put their collective feet down and point out that there are still limits.
