His father earns a six figure sum every week so it's no surprise to see Kai Rooney has all the latest gadgets, regardless of how expensive they are.

The three-year-old son of Coleen and Wayne was seen enjoying a session on his iPad while taking a break from a busy day on the beach in Barbados.

Kai was seen playing on the device, which costs around £400 depending on the specification, with a dummy in his mouth and a pair of designer sunglasses on.

The little man was seen sporting a pair of Ray Bans as he played on the electronic device.

Earlier in the day Kai had been seen playing with his mother Coleen and the pair were active despite the fact she is four months pregnant with her second child.

Instead of spending the day lounging around in the sun, the 26-year-old WAG found the energy to keep up with three-year-old Kai, spinning him around during the family's Barbados beach holiday on Sunday.

The star seemed unfazed by her growing baby bump, playing with her young son all day, in between taking breaks to lay in the sun.

To keep her little one entertained, pregnant Coleen found the strength to pick him up by the arms and spin him around her.

Perhaps a little bit too much for her, one of her friends took over, giving Kai a slightly faster swing.

With husband Wayne Rooney absent from the family holiday due to his commitments with Manchester United, it was down to Coleen and her pal to entertain little Kai.

But it seems that the Coleen may have forgotten to apply as much suncream as she should have done, as she seemed to be sporting some painful-looking sunburn.

Evidently forgetting to protect her skin from the harsh Caribbean rays with some SPF 30, the WAG's red and blotchy skin could clearly be seen as she played in the sea with her son Kai.

Aside from her unsightly sunburn, the mother-of-one looked lovely as she showed off her growing baby bump in a pretty flroal strapless bikini by Jessika Allen Ambience.

Coleen completed her beach look with a pair of Ray-Ban aviator sunglasses, simple pearl earrings and her brunette locks swept up into a bun.

Covered up: While Coleen didn't seem to have taken too much care when it came to protecting her own skin, she made sure little Kai's fair skin was covered up in a bright orange surf top and matching shorts

The group played around in the perfect turquoise ocean with a big blue float and a giant inflatable crocodile, before returning to the sand to build sandcastles.

And Coleen had evidently been more sensible when it came to her son's beach wardrobe, keeping his fair skin covered up from the sun in a cute orange surf top and floral print shorts, while a bright red cap protected his head from the rays.

The star looked on proudly as little Kai played on a giant trampoline in the sea with a female pal.

And the tot certainly seemed to have inherited his father's athletic skills, grinning away as he maneuvered around the device and shot up into the air with skill.

Coleen made sure to capture the event on a camera, videoing away from her sun lounger no doubt in the hope of showing Wayne when the group return to the UK.

Despite her husband's absence from the holiday, Coleen seems to be having a whale of a time.

Coleen is no doubt enjoying a relaxing break before welcoming the pitter-patter of tiny feet in May.

Earlier this month, the designer revealed on Twitter that she and Wayne were expecting their second son together.

She wrote: 'Absolutely loved seeing our baby on the scan yesterday!!! It's a ..... BOY!!'

But the couple would have no doubt been embarrassed after Coleen's brother, Anthony McLoughlin, shared the 3D ultrasound image of his unborn nephew on photo-sharing site Instagram earlier this week.

Before taking down the photo, Anthony had written, 'Another nephew for me!' in excitement at the prospect of a new baby.

Coleen and Kai spent Christmas Day at home in Cheshire before jetting to their lavish holiday home in Barbados earlier this week.
