Cruise sets the mood

TOM CRUISE got his Jack Reacher co-star in the mood for love scenes by watching old romantic flicks.

He sat ROSAMUND PIKE down in front of classics like The Thomas Crown Affair and His Girl Friday.

Rosamund revealed: "Tom educated me."

Gushing about the Brit actress on GRAHAM NORTON's NYE show, Tom said: "She was just perfect. ALFRED HITCHCOCK would have killed for her. She is a great actress, very beautiful and cinematic."
