NOW that's what I call sole music – an artist has recreated iconic album covers using old socks.

British photographer Thom Moore pays tribute to legends including Pink Floyd and The Velvet Underground on his Tumblr blog The Sock Covers – which he describes as "a creative outlet for the music geek inside".
