Tom Hardy reckons he has made old man cardigans ‘hard’ in his new film Lawless

TOM HARDY reckons he's made cardigans "hard", thanks to his new film Lawless.

He plays Forrest Bondurant, a Prohibition-era gangster who manages to appear menacing despite his grandad clothes.

Tom says: "The cardigan wasn't in the script... I had a big f*** load of batteries in the pockets, so it hung down. I looked like your grandad, but I had a swagger. A cardigan with a swagger, right?

"Imagine getting knocked the f*** out by a dude in a cardigan?"
