Maria Fowler dons angel wing dress for night out in Liverpool as she covers up bruise from car accident with make-up

She's not exactly known for her demure sense of style.

But Maria Fowler opted for a positively angelic look as she headed out on the town in Liverpool with a group of pals last night.

The 26-year-old glamour model opted for a chiffon and sequin Scouse Boutique dress with angel-style wings on the shoulders as she headed to the city's Playground nightclub.

But while the reality star may have been attempting to create a heavenly look, the rest of her garment was far from angelic with its plunging hemline and thigh-skimming skirt.

The former TOWIE bombshell paired her ensemble with nude patent Mary Jane shoes, a sequin clutch bag and a deep tan as she enjoyed her night out with pals.

Despite being left bruised and battered last week after suffering a car accident, Maria showed no hint of injury and was laughing and joking as she made her way to the nightspot.

But the Derby-born beauty confessed to her Twitter followers that she had covered up her ailment with the use of make-up.

She said: 'Night all. Think I managed to cover my bruise tonight! In bed now xxx'.

Maria almost broke her leg when a wasp flew into her car, causing her to swerve into a number of other vehicles.

She told MailOnline at the time: 'It sounds stupid but I'm absolutely terrified of wasps and so when it came near me I panicked.

'I have a serious phobia of them and I've even considered having hypnotherapy for my extreme fear because I'm also allergic to them.'

'I seriously can't even watch wasps on television. I get so scared I have panic attacks if they come near me.'

Maria was on her way home from a friend's house when the incident occurred, but she was thankful her Mercedes SLK AMG survived the smash.

She wrote on Twitter at the time: 'Had a car crash today had my leg trapped an nearly broke it. Was so bad :( thank god my car will be fixed.'
