Hilary Duff continues her post baby mission to shed the weight as she wears co-ordinating gear

It's always one of the most difficult things to do after giving birth.

But Hilary Duff seems to be taking it in her stride as she continues to make progress shedding the post baby weight.

The actress is keeping to her exercise schedule and showed up for another gym session looking healthy and happy yesterday (Thursday).

Showing off her increasingly slimline physique, Hilary co-rodinated her gym gear with varying shades of orange.

She wore black leggings with some orange trainers, which matched her baggy layered vest tops.

The 24-year-old completed her look with shades and a baseball cap, while even her purse matched her colour choice for the day.

She looked glowing as she was joined by a friend at the LA gym.

Hilary gave birth to son Luca five months ago and has been working hard to slowly shift the pregnancy pounds.

And each time she's been spotted recently she's looked on top form as she gets used to motherhood and regains her figure.

She recently spoke out about welcoming the tot to her world.

Duff told Us Weekly: 'It's really wonderful. He's getting his first teeth and he's rolling over like a maniac.

'Now I have to keep an eye on him, otherwise he'll roll right off the mat I have him on. I [say], "You're a maniac! You're just ready to go!" It's just fun. It's really the best ever. I'm so happy.'
