Lindsay Lohan -- Parting Ways With Her Manager
Lindsay Lohan is cleaning out more than just trash bins at the morgue -- TMZ has learned she's kicking her business manager to the curb.
Sources close to LiLo tell TMZ she decided to split with her business manager, Lou Taylor. We're told Lindsay felt Taylor (who also manages Britney Spears) didn't have the time to manage her and Lohan wanted someone who could put more effort into her.
According to our sources, Lindsay felt her finances (which were Taylor's responsibility) were beginning to slip through the cracks and word was getting back to her that her balances were not being handled in a timely manner ... in part because Taylor is based in Tennessee.
Lohan's rep, Steve Honig, tells TMZ the split was amicable and Lohan and Taylor remain friends.
Calls to Taylor were not returned.

Lindsay Lohan was in court again this week for not complying with her probation requirements, so the judge revoked her probation, and had her handcuffed and booked into jail, which she promptly bailed out of. The judge was upset that Lindsay managed to convince her psychiatrist, and the probation department, to give her a glowing evaluation, despite her non-compliance of the court orders. Lindsay has said repeatedly the probation department was "out to get her," but the report the judge read was just the opposite. In fact, Lindsay was kicked out of a women's center for not showing up. Lindsay's reasoning was that the Women's center was "not fulfilling." The probation department thought this was okay, so they sent her to the Red Cross, to make Lindsay happy. The judge was upset, and said Lindsay would get no credit, because her order said Lindsay was supposed to do service at the city Morgue.
Lindsay showed up to the Morgue on her first day in a brand new $ 80,000 Porsche 40 minutes late, so they turned her away, Lindsay's excuse, there is always an excuse with Lindsay, that she couldn't find the entrance. The Morgue spokesman said that wasn't true, because Lindsay had been to the Morgue before, and they gave her specific instructions to insure there would be no misunderstanding. The second day Lindsay tried her manipulation routine by having hamburgers and cupcakes delivered to the staff. Supervisors allowed the hamburgers to be deliver, and threw them in the trash, but turned away the cupcakes, saying cupcakes is not something the Morgue receives.
Lindsay is facing jail time again, so she's going to be on her best behavior until her November court hearing, then its back to being Lindsay.
The judge expressed frustration, because it is difficult to sentence Lindsay to jail, because of overcrowding issues, but the sheriff made it clear he'd make an exception this time to make sure Lindsay served her full sentence because "she's a drug addict who needs at least 60 days of jail time to get proper rehab." The judge only has herself to blame for not putting Lindsay in jail each and every time she violated her probation. There is no reason wasting time putting Lindsay in rehab, when she can easily manipulate her way into a cushy stay, and then go right back to drinking and drugging. It is better to lock Lindsay up when she breaks the law, or violates her probation, to protect the public. Jail is much better, since rehab only helps about 5 percent of those that utilize that useless service.
If Lindsay was put in jail, without any early release because of overcrowding, each and every time she broke the law, or violated her probation, she'd be much more likely to keep herself under control. At this point Lindsay is a career criminal, and she should be treated as a menace to society. How are female celebrities ever going to learn to take responsibility for their actions if the court won't enforce the law?
