Success.
In 2006, Hilary was reportedly earning $2 million a movie -- not bad for a 21-year-old. She's also released three platinum albums and started her own clothing line, called "Stuff by Hilary Duff," which probably rakes in a fortune from her tween fanbase. For his part, Mike earns $4 million a year playing hockey for the Ottawa Senators.

Attractiveness.
As much as Duff has tried to break free of her cute, Disney shell, she still has a squeaky clean look that translates perfectly to movies like A Cinderella Story. Comrie's scruffy face and laid-back style give him a very masculine edge.

Popularity.
In April, around 1.8 million people searched Google for Hilary and 15,000 for Mike -- which is enough to place them in the top half of our list of couples for popularity.

Compatibility.
Hilary's an affectionate Libra, and Mike is a reserved Virgo, so her emotional gestures are likely to go unreciprocated. If this relationship is going to work out, she'll have to turn his negative attitude around. Remember, Mike: The glass is half full.

Hilary Duff

It's been one year since Hilary Duff married her hockey player, Mike Comrie, in a gorgeous ceremony in Santa Barbara, Calif. Now, the actress and athlete are preparing for a new event in their lives: a baby!

"We also want to share the exciting news that -- BABY MAKES THREE," Duff wrote on her blog. "We are extremely happy and ready to start this new chapter of our lives."

Pregnancy rumors plagued the couple after the Aug, 14, 2010 nuptials. The former Disney star downplayed the baby talk at the time.

"We're excited to have kids," Duff said after her wedding. "But we don't want to do it now. We've been married for six weeks."

The tabloids kept at it, though.

"They weren't actively trying to conceive but agreed that if it happened, it happened," a close friend told Star in January of her supposed pregnancy.

"Wow what a way to wake up and find out your pregs!" Duff wrote. "It's just a rumor guys! Not true. But thanks for all the good wishes! Lol"

Now it's true for the 23-year-old star. Duff seems plenty young yet to be a mom, but she's hardly the first young Hollywood mom.

Ashlee Simpson

Singer and actress Ashlee Simpson married Fall-Out Boy bassist Pete Wentz when she was only 23 and had the couple's son, Bronx Mowgli, just a year later. Simpson said she adjusted to motherhood well after the birth of Bronx.

"Being a mom's so empowering and incredible. I'm one of those people who believes that life brings things to you at a certain time for a certain reason, and if you just go with it, that's where the best moments come from," she told Redbook.

"I've grown up so much. Your body is changing, and it's such an amazing time to feel that connection ... Being pregnant was the healthiest I've ever been in my life. Except for the cupcakes."

It doesn't look like there will be an addition to the Simpson-Wentz family any time soon: the couple are in the process of a divorce.

Britney Spears

Pop superstar Britney Spears was 24 when she gave birth to her first son, Sean Preston, with ex-husband Kevin Federline.

"As a mother, the one thing that always goes through your head is, You're never enough. You never can be enough-or do enough-for your kids. It's a never-ending issue for me. I had to learn: Don't beat yourself up so much -- . You have to take it one day at a time, do the best that you can and enjoy yourself," Spears toldGlamour of learning to be a mother. "I notice that if there are some times I've been stressed, because I'm human and stress about things, that affects your kids. So you have to make sure you're a happy mom so they can be happy."

She had second son Jayden James a year later before divorcing Federline. She went through personal struggles in 2007 and 2008 before getting herself - and her family life - back together.

Kendra Wilkinson

Former "Girls Next Door" star Kendra Wilkinson gave birth to her son, Hank Baskett IV, when she was just 24. Wilkinson doesn't regret having a son at such a young age - she welcomes the privileges of being a young mom.

"When the baby sleeps, we have sex! That's what it is for us. That's why it's so cool to be young parents because we have the energy to do that," the reality star told E! News.
