She was wheeled out on to the red carpet under a 'blood-flecked' white sheet on a hospital gurney.
The Project Runway host had red contacts in and wore giant platform shoes.
Klum is famous for her outrageous Halloween costumes.
In 2008 she dressed up as the goddess Kali - which sparked outrage from Hindu leaders.
Other costumes have included a black cat, a crow and a robot.
