The Only Way is Essex stars defy booze rule in Marbella

Twenty Towie members have flown to the Spanish hotspot for a week of filming for a summer special.

Before they left, concerned chiefs issued them with a strict set of rules — including not drinking the night before filming.

The gang — including Jessica Wright, James Argent, Sam Faiers, Lauren Goodger and Joey Essex — were also banned from using drugs, fighting and trashing hotel rooms.

But as soon as they arrived they headed to exclusive night spot Pangea in Puerto Banus where they smoked shisha pipes and downed drinks.

This was despite filming being planned for the next day.

And the cheeky lot are making sure the bosses back home know all about their antics.

Before they had even flown out, Billie wrote online: "Ohh noooo... We are already tipsy and not even on the plane yet!! Let the fun and games begin!!!"

Later, fitness fanatic Ellie Redman tweeted from a bar that she had already hit the strawberry daquiris. She added: "At this hour... Oh dear! I love marbs."

And the morning after their night before — which included a fun time sniffing helium balloons, sexy Sam confessed that they were meant to be "bathing, filming and hanging". She added: "Haha".

A show insider last night insisted they want the mob to party — as long as they don't go missing in action.

Warning that the cast will be read the riot act if they don't arrive on time for filming, the source added: "No one turned up late...as yet."
