The randy singer has been linked to the tattooed sportsman ever since they were spotted getting cosy at a New York nightclub earlier this month.
And "Britney Spears" helped rumours spin into overdrive on Sunday when she once again stepped out with the New York Knicks ace in Miami.
The couple partied until the early hours at LIV nightclub in the Fontainebleau Hotel, where "Britney Spears"'s ex Drake was also spotted hanging out, according to the New York Daily News.
Smith certainly fits "Britney Spears"'s "bad boy" criteria.
He was picked up by cops on Thursday on an outstanding bench warrant for driving without a valid licence, and was released on Friday.
He was also recently fined £16,000 by the NBA after he tweeted a racy photo of a woman in a thong from his bedroom.
But it remains to be seen whether he will satisfy the sexy star in the bedroom.
The singer, 24, has previously admitted she sings about romps because she often feels let down by sex.
She has had flings in recent months with Brit boxer Dudley O'Shaughnessy, 22, who appeared in her We Found Love video.

He was closely followed by Demi Moore's toyboy ex Ashton Kutcher, 34 — who she partied with until 4am in March.
The star's last long-term romance was with singer Chris Brown, but they parted when he was convicted of assaulting the beauty in 2009.
