Niall Horan’s food poisoning on flight back to Britain
He then endured a bumpy 11,000-mile plane ride back to the UK, battling gut pains beside bandmates Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Zayn Malik and Liam Payne.
Before take-off, Niall said: "I'm not feeling the best – sore all over.
"Under the weather as they say. Food poisoning is not good."
The first thing he did after landing in Britain was to message pal Alexandra Burke, jokingly begging her to nurse him better.
He added that he was ready to soothe his gut with the "Irish remedy" for food poisoning – flat 7 Up.
