Mollie King denies Prince Harry romance: Insists they're 'just friends'

She has been the focus of rumours for weeks that she is dating Prince Harry.

But now The Saturdays singer Mollie King has come forward to deny the romance reports, insisting the pair are just friends.

Mollie made the admission during a Q&A session on her Twitter page yesterday.

She wrote: 'Guys I'm getting a lot of tweets about Prince Harry but ... i'm not dating him & we're not in a relationship. We're just friends.'

Mollie and Harry, 27, first met at a polo match in 2010 and in recent weeks the pair have been partying together at Public nightclub and karaoke bar Bunga Bunga in London.

The 24-year-old singer - who split from male model David Gandy in February - and Harry were allegedly set up by his cousin Zara Phillips, who is a friend of the pop star's Saturdays bandmate Una Healy.

Mollie had previously remained very cryptic about the reports that she was in a relationship with the royal.

During an interview earlier this month on Radio 1, Mollie was cheekily asked by Nick Grimshaw: 'Would you say Justin Bieber is the PRINCE of pop?'

She replied nervously: 'I would say so yeah.'

He pressed: 'Do you like prince of pops?' to which she replied: 'I love Justin Bieber, he's amazing yeah.'

Meanwhile, it has been confirmed that Mollie and her Saturdays bandmates have signed a development deal with E! to star in a reality TV show.

The five-piece band - which consists of Una, Mollie, Frankie Sandford, Vanessa White and Rochelle Wiseman - have agreed terms with the network to have their personal and professional lives documented on camera.
