So Miley Cyrus is no doubt keen to show off the effect of all that hard work.
The 19-year-old stepped out in Beverly Hills yesterday wearing an absolutely tiny pair of denim shorts.

Accompanied by a friend, Miley looked relaxed in her extremely skimpy outfit- which she completed with a knitted white vest, black bra and flat sandals.
She tied her hair up in a high knot bun, and wore sunglasses to save herself the bother of applying makeup.
The teen has made a very public effort to overhaul her lifestyle in recent months, and is seen attending exercise classes of various kinds regularly.
Some have voiced fears that Miley is taking her regime too far, as she appears to have lost a huge amount of weight in a relatively short time.

Miley's daily workout sessions have put more focus than ever on her increasingly slender figure- which she put on full display as she exited her pilates class on Friday.
A stripy T-shirt left her washboard stomach in full view, and she kept the top of her reversible trousers turned down.
She has had plenty of time to increase her exercise regime and experiment with home cooking after the film she starred in with Demi Moore failed to be a success at the box office.

Lionsgate, who produced the movie titled LOL, are putting out next to no publicity or promotion for it.
