Kylie Minogue to perform at BBC Proms In The Park at Hyde Park to mark 25 years in music

The concert is one of a nationwide series on September 8 to mark the Last Night Of The Proms in London's Royal Albert Hall.

Kylie, celebrating her 25th year in the music industry, will be accompanied by the Beeb's top orchestra.

She said: "To sing in front of thousands while being accompanied by the legendary BBC Concert Orchestra in such a special year is truly a dream come true."

Also taking part in the gig's evening section, to be hosted by Sir Terry Wogan, will be the London Community Gospel Choir, Il Divo and British tenor Alfie Boe.
