And the bread, pasta and pizza-free way of life seems to be paying off for Miley Cyrus.

The 20-year-old star was not shy about leaving her flat stomach on display during her recently trip to Costa Rica.

She wore a colourful tube top which drew attention to her cleavage and belly, sharing an impressive picture online at the weekend.

In the snap, Miley wears the vintage number worth $ 104 from Rad and Refined with a pair of denim hot pants so short the pocket linings could be seen beneath the hem.

The former Disney starlet blows a kiss to the camera as she takes the shot of herself with the dream catcher tattoo underneath her arm on display.

Miley teamed the clothing with plenty of gold necklaces, bangles and rings, as well as aviator sunglasses as she enjoyed her vacation earlier this month.

She was taking a break with fiance Liam Hemsworth as well as his family and friends.

Despite being in amazing shape, the star complained last week of letting herself go after indulging in some fast food which would usually be off the menu.
