Chris Brown, Frank Ocean Reportedly Brawl

Unfortunately, we’ve heard this headline before. Chris Brown has reportedly assaulted another celebrity -- this time, Grammy-nominated singer Frank Ocean. A brawl allegedly took place between the two and members of their entourages Sunday night outside of a Los Angeles-area recording studio.

All supposedly over a parking spot. Ocean was not identified by police reports, but his Twitter page seems to be offering a firsthand account.

“got jumped by chris and a couple guys.”

A second tweet from Ocean -- who is up for six Grammy awards next month -- reads “cut my finger now I can't play w two hands at the grammys.”

But TMZ explains there seem to be conflicting reports on who’s the victim here, reporting Ocean stuck around to explain things to police, but that sources close to Brown say it was Ocean’s people who started the fight. Allegedly, Ocean and his crew blocked Brown from leaving the studio, and then...

“We're told Chris went to shake Frank's hand ... and that's when one of Frank's people attacked Chris.  Sources connected with Chris say one of Chris' friends jumped in front and hit Frank's friend. Sources connected with Chris say Frank then came at Chris ... Chris pushed him away and they started brawling.”

And MTV notes the two men have a history. “In 2011, they got into a Twitter war when Brown posted a comment that Ocean took as a musical insult.”

And, as much as we hate to remind you -- this, again, isn’t Brown’s first incident with physical violence. He attacked on-again, off-again girlfriend Rihanna in 2009 on the eve of the Grammy awards, and last year, he was injured in a New York nightclub brawl.
