TV Lucy Davis: My battle with food disorder

The Office star shocked fans with her painfully thin looks following her divorce from Welsh actor Owain Yeoman.

Lucy, 39, who played Dawn Tinsley in the hit BBC series, said: "I struggle with food, I have difficulties with food."

The daughter of veteran TV comic Jasper Carrott said her approaching 40th birthday had made her decide to confront the issue.

She had sought therapy and now wants to try to help other sufferers.

Lucy would not go into details about her disorder but said: "I've had it my whole life.

"I had to think maybe it isn't about food or weight — it's something else altogether."
