Stunts Aloud if Cheryl Cole pays £2m
CHERYL COLE will have to start letting new boyfriend TRE HOLLOWAY pick up the tab in restaurants.
The Geordie singer has been told she will have to fork out £2MILLION for insurance to carry out the stunts she fancies performing during her upcoming A Million Lights tour.
Given what she has got planned, the cost of cover has rocketed.
A source said: "Cheryl wants to put on a real Cirque du Soleil-style show and blow away her audience.
"She's exchanged ideas with choregraphers and is keen to push herself to the limit.
"Trouble is, that comes at a cost. The more dangerous the stunts, the more she will need to pay in insurance.
"If she gets injured the whole tour is put in jeopardy."
LADY GAGA spends a small fortune to ensure her tours go exactly as she plans, although her demands are usually to do with costumes or special effects.
But Cheryl wants to put her body on the line for her first ever solo tour by incorporating some risky sequences.
She showed on The Voice earlier this year that she is willing to try new things on stage. She swan-dived into her troupe of dancers while performing her single Call My Name.
The GIRLS ALOUD star wants to fly through the air on zipwires and also perform some fight scenes.
That will bring back memories of that evening in a certain Guildford nightclub.
Thankfully, the only danger with her latest project was the temperature of the water used to wash her hair — and here's a snap from her new L'Oreal ad.
The haircare giant is bound to be paying her a fortune to be the face of their products.
Good job, really. The extra cash will help pay that insurance bill.
