TELLY host Cat Deeley has wed comic Patrick Kielty at a surprise ceremony in Rome.
The secretive pair tied the knot in a surprise ceremony in front of a handful of family and friends.
Cat, 35, looked beautiful in a white ruffled round-neck gown and flowers in her hair while Patrick wore a black suit but no tie.
The wedding came just one month after Patrick, 41, shot down rumours the pair were engaged.
A source claimed the pair were spotted enjoying an imprompu engagement party in London but Patrick said it was nothing of the kind.
They only announced their relationship in May, but it came as a surprise to many as they were old friends.
