Brad Pitt Nearly Came Face to Face With Jennifer Aniston and Her Lover - AceShowbiz
Former husband and wife Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston almost bumped onto each other on Friday, November 25 when both of them went to ArchLight Cinemas in Hollywood with their respective partners. Pitt and his family were fresh from watching Martin Scorsese's "Hugo" when Aniston and boyfriend Justin Theroux came for the next showing.
Pitt and Aniston, who divorced in 2005 had only been in the same place twice before. They attended the 2009 Academy Awards and took part at Hope for Haiti in 2010, separately on both occasions. They didn't cross path at either event.
This time, Pitt, Angelina Jolie and four of their children went to the 2:00 showing of "Hugo". They headed for the parking garage just as Aniston and Theroux went in the theater for the later showing. "Justin and Jennifer skipped the popcorn and went straight in. Like five minutes later, Brad and the kids came out of the theater," a source told X17. "They just missed each other!"
A lot of people thought that Aniston and Pitt are not in friendly term post the divorce because he allegedly cheated on her with Jolie. However, Pitt said in a 2009 interview that they "check in with each other", because they were big parts of each other's lives.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie want to adopt another child.
The couple currently have biological kids Shiloh, five, and three-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne and adopted trio Maddox, 10, Pax, seven, and six-year-old Zahara.
They reportedly promised their adopted daughter they would take on the care of another youngster from Ethiopia, the poverty-stricken African nation where she was born.
A source said: "They are really excited about it. Brad and Angie made a promise to Zahara years ago that they would adopt another child from the region so she could have a sibling to relate to."
The couple are also said to believe having seven kids will bring them more "luck and happiness".
The source added to the Daily Star newspaper: "Also, seven has always been Brad's lucky number. He and Angelina think it would bring them luck and happiness."
Pitt has previously admitted he always wanted to raise a large family.
He has said: "I know it seems extreme from the outside, but I've always kind of operated this way. When I know, I know, and why mess around?
"I had a friend who had a big family when I was a kid. I just loved the chaos around the breakfast table and the fighting and the ribbing, and the mom making pancakes for everyone or the dad making pancakes. And I just decided then if I was ever going to do it - this left some indelible mark on me - if I was ever going to do it, that's the way I was going to do it."
