Is the solution for the pop stars to simply swap roles? According to TV Guide, maybe. A source told the website that X Factormastermind Simon Cowell "thinks [Rowland] will be amazing on the U.S. show... So there's talk of a job swap."

Nothing has officially been confirmed, but it's definitely an interesting idea. Nicole is a bigger artistic hit in back in England, while America remembers Destiny's Child fondly. It might just work.
