Usher Scores Billboard Hit; Bieber Could Outsell Madonna

Usher scores his fourth consecutive Number One debut on the Billboard 200 chart this week with Looking 4 Myself.   The R&B star sold 128,000 copies of the album its first week of release.  Rush enters at Number 2 with Clockwork Angels .
