Plan B, Weller and Nas headline free gigs
The trio are among 10 acts who will perform at the spot in the second annual Converse Represent shows this summer.
Santigold, Django Django and Mercury Prize-winner Speech Debelle will also take to the stage throughout July and August.
The 100 Club was saved from closure last year by bosses at Converse, who agreed to help bankroll the venue amid spiralling rent prices in central London.
The partnership came after a campaign by stars including Paul McCartney, Mick Jagger and Ronnie Wood.
