Swapping the sky-high heels for some down to earth trainers: Pregnant Coleen Rooney runs some errands in her Vans

We are more used to seeing her in sky-high Louboutins but as Coleen Rooney embraces her pregnancy she has opted for the stylish, yet comfortable, pair of designer trainers.

The 26-year-old WAG was running errands in Wilmslow on Tuesday when she was spotted in her two tone Vans, sporting her growing baby bump.

Littlewoods designer Coleen, who is due in May, kept her baby bump covered in a tight grey top and accesorised her casual look with a furry scarf and warm jacket.

The wife of Manchester United ace Wayne Rooney also teased her honey brown hair into a slick bun - which perfectly complimented her casual look.

Coleen looked positively glowing, no doubt a result of her pregnancy and post-holiday tan.

Coleen and three-year-old son Kai have spent the last two weeks relaxing in the Caribbean, while Wayne stayed in the UK to tend to his football commitments.

Returning to British climes earlier this week, she tweeted: 'Home sweet home!!! ....... It's cold!!!! Excited to see my husband.'

Coleen had used her time away to enjoy a much-needed chillout ahead of the arrival of her second son with Wayne in May.

The McLoughlin family have been spending quality time together in the Caribbean as they come to terms with the loss of Coleen's sister Rosie last month.

Rosie had been adopted by the family when she was two years old and was said to have idolised her older sister Coleen.

Coleen had been on a New Year's holiday in Barbados with her brothers Anthony and Joe when they heard Rosie had deteriorated and cut short their trip to be at her side when she passed away.

However, following Rosie's funeral, Coleen decided to treat her parents to a trip to the island - which she visits several times a year - for some quiet time to grieve.
