After kicking off One Direction's latest arena tour on Saturday night Harry Styles was not resting up and was out on Sunday.

The floppy haired heartthrob was seen doing a spot of shopping in a secondhand shop in north London.

Instead of spending his millions of hard earned pounds on brand new flashy accessories the singer picked up some very retro and vintage items.

Harry went to a secondhand store called Mr All Sorts and bought all of his prized possessions with cash.

Having walked to a near by cash point for extra money he added an assortment of strange and bizarre items to no doubt decorate his plush bachelor pad.

With his pockets full of money the star splashed out £400 on some animal horns and spent £500 on a retro till.

The patriotic singer also picked up a Union Flag for £250, a art deco Clock for £45, and the letter R for £50.

The cheeky chap also reportedly picked up a sign that said 'Poo' for a cool £100.

Harry was so excited with his new bits that he took a few items home and arranged delivery for the rest.

With a total of £1345 spent in Mr All Sorts, an onlooker said the shop owner was very happy with Harry's custom and closed the shop for the day shortly after.

Harry needn't worry about spending his money on old items as his current One Direction tour is set to make him and the rest of the group some of the richest young stars in music.

The boys kicked off their Take Me Home world tour in style with a matinee show at London's O2 Arena on Saturday, to a sea of screaming fans.

Just days after their much talked about Brits performance, the five former X Factor stars wowed at the daytime concert, before doing it all over again in the evening.

The band, who will now be on the road until November, embraced a rocky style for their first show, dressed in T-shirts, jeans and trainers as they bounded around the stage.

Harry, who has had a busy week of partying thanks to London Fashion Week and the Brits, seemed on fine form as he performed all of the band's best known hits.

Dressed casually, the teen paired black skinny jeans with a Rolling Stones T-shirt and white Converse trainers, with his trademark curly hair looking as bouncy as usual.

Bandmate Niall Horan also went for an edgy look for the first show, wearing a denim jacket with leather sleeves, matched with black trousers and high-top trainers.

Performing in front of a band playing electric guitars, the boys looked like they'd ditched their wholesome images in favour of something a bit rockier.

But after an outfit change, One Direction were back to their boyband roots, wearing smart suits and shirts, raised up on a platform behind a screen depicting London landmarks.

And if they were nervous about the first show in their eagerly anticipated tour, they certainly didn't show it, proving just how excited they were by writing on their Twitter accounts.

'It's happening ! We're here #TMHtour is kicking off,' wrote Niall before posting a picture of the O2 Arena.

After the show he wrote another message to all of his fans, saying: 'O2 ! You guys were incredible! Really hoped you enjoyed the show! what a great first show! Thank you guys! #TMHtour ! Round 2 in an hour.'
