Katherine Heigl admits her insecurities as she shows off stunning figure at premiere

She's widely considered to be one of the most beautiful actresses around.
But even the most attractive Hollywood stars have insecurities, as Katherine Heigl proved when she revealed she struggles to accept some parts of her body.
The 33-year-old actress made the admission ahead of showing off her incredible figure in a plunging gown at the Paris premiere of her new movie One For The Money.

The mother-of-one teamed the backless cutaway dress with a retro curled hairdo and art deco style earrings.
Katherine's appearance at the premiere of the film, based on the first of Janet Evanovich's novels about bounty hunter Stephanie Plum, came as she admitted she was terrified about shooting the movie's notorious cold shower scene.
Adding that she had decided to keep the scene in the film because she loved it so much in the book, Katherine told E! Online: 'It's so uncomfortable. You are just never happy with the way you look.
'No matter how hard I tried or how little I ate that whole day hoping my stomach would stay flat, it doesn't matter.'
Katherine also revealed she still isn't sure whether or not she managed to conquer Plum's New Jersey accent for the role.
She said: 'I'm hoping that it's close enough that the rest of the world that doesn't necessarily know the specifics of that accent will buy it.
'That's my goal, because it's really hard. It's really hard to nail an accent and to stay consistent with it. I have moments when I watch the movie and I go, "That wasn't it". But I tried!'
One For The Money is due for release in the UK on 24th February.
