The mum of one, who has battled weight problems, shed 5st before joining the hit ITV1 show.

And today she's giving us all a lift by showing how toned she's become while partnering skater Dan Whiston.

Jen, 28, said: "I didn't want to be covering up in long skirts and worrying if my bum looked big."
