She showed good strength and coordination as she held Frankie in her right arm and provided a hook for her heavy looking bag with her left.

Miranda wore a pair of skinny jeans for her trip out, drawing attention to her slender pins.

She teamed them with a semi-sheer black shirt, leopard-print pumps and retro shades, brushing her long brunette locks into a ponytail.

The pin-up has a history of pampering her pooch.

In August she was snapped taking him for a ride in Flynn's pushchair during a family outing to the park.

Over the past few weeks, Miranda has frequently stepped out in public with her son, who turns two in January.

And she recently heaped praise on her child, whose father is British actor Orlando Bloom.

She said: "He's really, really sweet. My son really... loves people.

"And he's very charming in that he'll look you straight in the eye, and he'll give you a little look, and he'll dance around.

"He's quite charismatic."
