Box Office: Twilight, James Bond Stay On Top During Plump Thanksgiving Weekend
Audiences had plenty of new releases to feast on over the holiday weekend at the box office, but last weekend's top three showed impressive staying power.
The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn — Part 2 grossed an estimated $ 43. million — the highest second weekend ever for a Twilight movie, according to Box Office Mojo. At No. 2, Skyfall also broke a record, specifically for the highest-grossing James Bond movie ever, thanks in part to its third weekend haul of $ 36 million, which brings its total to $ 2217 million. Lincoln, again, took third place with $ 25 million.
