Tulisa ex comes out of hiding for High Court date in London
The X Factor star, 23, is suing wannabe rapper Justin Edwards, 28, for £100,000 over her sex tape.
Lawyers for Tulisa slapped Edwards with legal papers demanding damages for alleged breach of privacy and confidence, accusing him of leaking the explicit video online.
The six-minute clip features the former N-Dubz singer performing a sex act on her then-boyfriend.
The £3.90 film has been banned from being sold on the internet, and Tulisa is facing Edwards in court today in a bid to extend the emergency injunction.
Edwards – clad smartly in a suit and aviator shades – denies he was responsible for leaking the footage.
After the tape hit the web last week, Tulisa admitted: "I am devastated, heartbroken.
Fighting back ... Tulisa holds pic of herself with ex Justin Edwards in her video confession
"When you share an intimate moment with someone that you love and trust you never imagine for one minute that footage may at any point be shared with the rest of the UK.
"This is the person, Justin Edwards aka Ultra, who is my ex-boyfriend, that has put it online, who is the other person on the tape."
Her X Factor boss Simon Cowell is backing the star, insisting her lewd filmed encounter won't cost the singer her job on the talent show.
He said: "Absolutely not. No. What she was doing was not illegal."
Edwards has been hiding out in the West Country since the controversy and has been bombarded with abusive messages on Twitter by Tulisa fans.
He wasn't at his West Hampstead, North London, home – where his mother lives – when the legal papers were served.
A source close to Edwards, who calls himself MC Ultra, told The Sun: "This latest move by Tulisa has really unnerved and unsettled him.
"It's serious stuff and he's got to take it seriously. It's a lot of pressure for him."
