The Beatles legend has been promising Roger Daltrey he would play a Teenage Cancer Trust show at the Royal Albert Hall for years.

And he did on Thursday night, with one of the best gigs the charity has laid on.

He was joined for classic Get Back by Roger plus Paul Weller and Ronnie Wood.

The audience, including Jarvis Cocker, Liam Gallagher, David Walliams and his missus Lara Stone loved it.

Macca met 40 patients getting help from the TCT before the gig and had photos taken with them.
