A party plus the TOWIE cast normally equals drama.

But at Lauren Goodger's Christmas work do there seemed to be smiles all round.

The businesswoman took her Lauren's Way staffers to Il Bacio restaurant in Essex for a pre-xmas night out.

Wearing a figure-hugging wrap dress in a rich purple, Lauren looked every bit the Christmas present waiting to be opened.

And she sure gave her staff a dazzling gift in the form of a sparkler-laden Champagne bottle.

After finishing their meal, the party headed to Funky Mojo where the reality star picked up some bubbly from the bar.

Waiting to be served, the usually body-conscious 24-year old pulled a refreshingly confident pose.

And her display wasn't missed by an admiring observer who took the opportunity to poke Lauren's derriere.

Pulling her signature pout, the tanning queen clearly didn't mind the prodding appreciation, and as she rejoined her team the smile couldn't be wiped from her face.

Lauren's new found confidence comes after she tweeted a number of risque photos of herself in a lace one piece last week.

Her toner figure seems to have been the result of more cardio work at the gym, indicating her faddy diets days are over.

So whether she's shaping up for herself or the new series of TOWIE, her womanly shape is definitely one to celebrate.
