BIRTHDAY girl Kelly Brook and boyfriend Thom Evans take getting leathered literally – by wearing cringe-worthy matching jackets.

The lovers stepped out in his and hers outerwear as they celebrated curvy Kel's 33rd yesterday.

Perhaps fashion conscious Kell was taking a leaf out of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's book, who were recently spotted adopting a similar approach to clothing coordination.

Just this Thursday Kim wore a red leather skirt while her rapper beau donned leather trousers to watch The X Factor USA being filmed.

And Kanye's been spotted wearing the same dodgy leather trousers as Kim before.

Thankfully both Kim and Kelly stopped short of going for leather jackets and trousers.

Unlike Posh and Becks who made one of the most memorable fashion faux pas ever in 1999 with their horrible black PVC outfits.

Kelly has revealed she turned down the chance to appear in I'm a Celeb so she could strip in London cabaret show Forever Crazy.

She said: 'We are so overwhelmed with reality shows that there isn't much opportunity to showcase your talent because it's not as entertaining as watching someone eating bugs in the jungle.

"I might have the wrong attitude when it comes to my career, but I felt that I would rather be in this show, watched by 400 people than be on a show I am not passionate about being watched by ten million."

Last night her three-week stint in the sell-out show came to an end.

Dressed in a red lace corset and blonde wig, she collected a birthday bunch of flowers from a fan at the club in London's South Bank.
